What We Do
Meals on Wheels is a meal delivery program available to all persons who are unable to
provide meals for themselves due to physical, mental or medical limitations regardless of
age or income. Please detail your reason for applying based on the above.

Meals are available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Cost is $6 per meal, increasing to $7 in 2024

Meals consist of homemade soup and a bun, a nutritionally balanced entrée and dessert.
Who We Are
Sooke Meals on Wheels is run entirely by volunteers. We are a not-for-profit organization.
