Thank you Grow for Sooke volunteers!

A huge shoutout to the Sunriver Community Gardens “Grow for Sooke” volunteers! 1700 pounds of fresh, locally grown produce was donated to Meals on Wheels and the Sooke Shelter this growing season. Over 1,000 volunteer hours, weekly drop-offs, and surpassing 2023 and 2024 donations. This kind of support makes a huge difference for our clients. Not only providing them with fresh local produce, but it also helps keep our costs down.
