Meal Program
Monthly Menu

Our monthly menus are planned in advance by our Lead Cooks. All meals are nutritionally balanced and include a healthy portion of protein; two sides from a variety of starches and vegetables; soup and fresh bun; and dessert.

Meals are prepared and delivered hot and ready-to-eat every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, from 10:30am to 12:30pm, including all statutory holidays — yes, even Christmas!

If you also receive frozen meals:
When you are ready to eat, preheat your oven to 350˚F. Remove the lid and place your meal on a flat cookie sheet. Heat for 20-35 minutes, checking on it periodically.

We try our best to ensure that we provide the meals as accurately as possible, but sometimes circumstances beyond our control, such as product unavailability or a volunteer shortage, may cause a change in the menu. Thank you for your understanding.
