October bottle drive fundraises $1000

Sooke Meals on Wheels would like to thank the residents of Sooke for another successful bottle drive on October 3rd.

On the day we raised over $700, but with the pregame empties the total is close to $1000. So much gratitude for everyone who donated and our morning and afternoon volunteer teams — thank you!

These funds help Sooke Meals on Wheels achieve our mission of delivering hot meals on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays to those who are unable to provide meals for themselves due to physical, mental or medical limitations.
